Can't get an interview

Hi, I am a new graduate and have passed my state boards and have been sending out many resumes with targeted cover letters and can't even get an interview. Many of my classmates have accepted positions already and the local hospitals have a lot of job postings. Just wanting some advice on what I may be doing wrong or ways t go about getting hired for one of the positions. Thanks.

    Try asking for a paper application, that way your face is recognized, follow up on your application by calling and asking for the HR and you can also try following up in person, kinda stalk em. Not too much lol. Just keep up with your application because those people tend to be very busy and sometimes forget to call.
