I have applied numerous times to Banner Health's generic new grad position and have received no luck. It has been about two months since that.- I have applied approximately 10 times to different new grad positions with Honor Health. I was able to complete a phone screening with a recruiter for a position but denied as they went with an internal candidate.-I have an interview next week at Tempe St. Lukes.. Can anyone provide any feedback?--Any guidance is appreciated! I am having minimal luck.. I know if needed nursing homes are always hiring but I would really like to practice in an acute care setting! Also if it matters I have my BSN.

I work at a Banner hospital, and right now our census has been pretty low It's just that time of the year. They are expecting a surge in a few weeks of COVID patients. Honestly, at least here, I just think that hiring new grads is not a priority. It's sad because we need nurses right now! I wish I had more advice to offer about that because I feel like AZ is a relative easy market to find a new grad job in. Best of luck to you ?

How are you?
If you're still on the same situation..Have you tried sending your resume to the evaluator? maybe that's where everyone should start...
