I am tring so hard to go back to school and I want a nursing degree. My husband is active duty military so I thought my best option would be online courses, but I keep getting asked a question I have no idea how to answer. "Do you have an Unrestricted US nursing license?" I am 100% american born and raised and I'm from Kentucky if that means anything. So please help and tell me what this means.

If I'm not mistaken, I think they are asking if you already have a nursing license and if you do, if you have any restrictions on it.
