Canadian RN wanting to work in England

Do I have to write an exam to work in England if I trained in Canada? If yes, has anyone done it, and how can I go about it?

Better question is can you migrate to the UK? Is your family of UK origin?

Hiring preferences are UK, EU, and finally overseas.

If you have a UK citizanship, or EU you would have a better choice. you don't have to sit an exam but your qualifications must meet the NMC criteria or you cannot register & get a PIN
