Hi,
I am studying hard for my CRNE and there are some burning questions, maybe you can help me with it.
Question: A nurse is on her way to work. One day when another female passenger on the bus collapses and starts to turn blue. What is the priority action of the nurse?
a. Tell the bus driver to call 911
b. Open the passenger's airway and give 2 breaths.
What is the answer and rationale behind it?
What is the difference between PT, INR, and PTT?

The most correct response to post #1 is to have the bus driver call 911. Early access to advanced life support is crucial. THEN assess unresponsiveness, check for a pulse and go into the BLS algorithm. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtOZN4F4DSo
As for your second post, you can research the answers to that on your own. You'll remember it a lot better if you look it up yourself.
