Moved to a thread on it's own as it has nothing to do with NCLEX, totally different exam.

Checkout the Canadian forum for CRNE as there are a few threads discussing this

Everyone here in Calgary says that the CNA book is the one.

I take mine in October. I used Mosby CRNE review as it was easy to get in the UK from Amazon but have the CNA book now I'm in Canada. I do wish there were more questions to practice in it though. Mosby was OK but still too technical compared to what I've done in the CNA book. However, having said that, it is a good start if it's been a long time since you were in nursing school.

There's also an on-line readiness tests from CNA that you can do for around $49. I plan to do that in the next couple of weeks.

Hi Bullseye,

The CNA publishes a CRNE review guide complete with CD, and then there is Mosby's CRNE review book, which provides an extremely detailed and comprehensive review of pretty much everything! I used Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX-RN review book for the NCLEX and in retrospect, I think that this would be helpful with the CRNE too - except beware that lab values differ between the US and Canada. Still, it provides an excellent review of everything from labor & delivery to IV infusions.

Good luck! I'm sure that you'll do fine.
