Canadian RN to Cali help!

I'm an experienced RN from Canada who wrote the old Crne. I want to write the American Nclex but I can't unless I apply to BON and can't until I have an ssn which I cant until I have a job which I cant until I write the nclex fml!!!!

Starting point would be registration with another state. Even then there is no guarantee that California will still accept your training as they do their own assessment and one of the hardest states to register with especially if trained outside the US
