Hello,
I am a Canadian new graduate RN (BScN) who has a job offer to obtain employment in the United States, specifically Florida on a Cardiac PCU unit full time. I am curious as to if anyone has any advice or tips in pursuing this career opportunity, and if you would recommend starting my practice in the USA over Canada?
Thank you.

Until you graduate there isn’t much you can do. Which state are you planning on moving to?

Hello,
I was wondering how difficult it was for you to find full-time employment as a new Canadian grad to work in the USA? I am hoping to do the same thing and was wondering if you used a recruiter or job fair to find resources? How you came into contact with the hospitals you wanted to work at and was there a specific location you desired or were you open? Did they consider your GPA or what rotations you were interested in or had experience in? Sorry for all the questions, I would just love to connect and ask for your story to learn as I am a student looking for a similar outcome.
Thank you so much,
CJ
