IHello. I'm a pre-nursing student just graduated with non-nursing bachelors' degree.
I got a C in general bio and a C- in the bio lab...
I know most schools don't accept anything below C+ for pre-reqs. Can i retake this course in community college? Or should I have retaken this course in the university that i attended? Will some schools not even consider me as an applicant because of this?
Please help!!!!

You can retake that course anywhere, as long as it’s accredited. Retake policy varies by school, so be sure to check on that.

Yes, you can likely retake the course (check school policies for specifics), however you will want to clarify how prospective schools will view the retake: some do not accept retake scores, some average scores, and some accept most recent score.

Since the C- is not passing then you should not have gotten credit for it and you would have to retake. Depending on if the grades are averaged between the lecture and labor or if it is separate, it depends on what the criteria is for the school you're interested in applying to. Just talk to them and let them know your situation so it won't hurt your chances.

Some good advice here but there are some schools out there that don't require general bio at all so you wouldn't need to worry about the grades in there at all.
