I plan to have my medical exams in st luke's next week. my employer sent a pdf (scanned) copy of my packet 4 documents via email and said that i can just print it and that would suffice. Now, I just want to make sure...
So for those who went through the medicals already, do i need the original appointment letter or will what i have be enough? Are they strict on this? I read here somewhere suggestions of proceeding with the exam even w/o the packet4 since their interview is near already. Is this possible?
Thanks!

Yes, you actually don't need packet 4 for your medicals. Just bring your passport and 3 passport-size pictures. To enter, just tell the guard your case # and visa category (EX for nurses). He will ask you if you already have an interview schedule. Just say yes. I also went for my medicals without the original packet 4.
