Can we make a sticky for abbreviations, etc?

I love to read everything here, but half the time, I have no idea what ya'll are talking about. Do you think you could help me out here and maybe someone :coollook: could make this a sticky for all of us newbies?

For example:

I know that ICU = intensive care unit

I also know some of the other "easy" ones but you guys have soooo many!!!

and for us non-tech types can that sticky include chat/bulleton board abbreviations as well.

ie: TMTC, JMHO, etc.
