Hi ,
Im an LPN in school to become an RN.
I am working with this great home health company for a year and I love it.
My boss thinks I am great at the job and wants me to start doing SOC's.....
I am pretty sure only RN's can do this, but they said an RN will supervise me and sign the paperwork. FYI .....I think supervise means , a call on the phone .......
Can anyone speak on this???ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜€

A legitimate agency would never allow it nor skirt the regulation with "supervised by RN".
