Can LPNs be Hospice nurses?

I am in my second semester of LPN school and I would like to know if any of you are in the hospice field. If you are how do you like it?

Where I go to school, in our last term, Avista (the hospice agency here) actually comes to our class and holds interviews for jobs. I am in an LPN program in south florida.

I was looking at hospice too. :)
