can I work after graduating BSN, while waiting for NCLEX Exam?

Hi, I just got admitted to ABSN program, I was wondering how long will it take for me after graduating to land a job? can I work while waiting for NCLEX exam? if so, will I get paid less? I want to know your opinion so that I can plan for it. and save up. thank you so much

Work as a nurse?  No, unless you are in one of states that offers a temporary permit while waiting the NCLEX results.
