Can I do the pre-licensure if I live in Philadelphia. I was just wondering

I checked their site, and it seems like the program is 15 months (correct me if I'm wrong). Will I get credit for those courses that I have?

Click on the link below. There's a whole list of schools, many of which are affordable state universities.Since they are not NLAC/ ACEN accredited, will other cheaper (state schools) in the area accept you to do their RN-BSN program?
