I have a question regarding nursing pre-reqs. Can you take nursing pre reqs under any major? Let's say I'm undeclared, undeclared with an interest in Nursing, or Health Science. Am I able to take all the required pre req courses needed to apply to Nursing School and get my BSN???

That really depends on your school.
The closest nursing school to me is over 50 miles away (up hill both ways with deep snow in the winter. , seriously an over the mountain canyon). I did all my pre-req's at the local university that doesn't even have a nursing program and graduated with an associates of science then applied to the nursing school.
None of my pre-req's were actual nursing classes. they were the breadth classes - political science, English, Math, Chemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, Micro, Nutrition... and such.
Usually these lower level classes don't require a certain major, though your school may require you to declare something.
Check with the nursing admissions, ask what major most people pick before applying (some have pre-nursing majors). And if you are going to transfer make sure your nursing school will take them.
So what you're saying is that if you want to go to Nursing school and take nursing pre reqs, it's better to take those pre req courses at a school that has a BSN program (Nursing School)?
No, I am saying check with the school if you are taking your pre-req's somewhere else, to make sure they will accept them.
But that normally it doesn't matter your major while taking them.
