Can I pursue an MPhil in Microbiology after nursing graduation?

I'm a nursing student and I'm not much satisfied with the work orientation n responsibilities of nurses at clinical sight n previously I was doing B's mlt n I quit that for nursing as nursing had better job opportunities but as a mlt student I were always eager to pursue my career as microbiologist,my question can I do MPhil in micro after graduation in nursing n can get a descent job after that or not
