Can I pass the NCLEX without doing a bunch of practice questions?

Long story short, it's been a while since I graduated. I've spent a while reviewing content, and have learned a lot.

I haven't done many practice questions though... And I keep reading that it's essential and now I feel like I'm going to fail. I was going to schedule the NCLEX for this week but now I'm afraid to...

I would do practice questions. I reviewed content and did about 50-100 questions per day while I waited to take my boards 15 years ago. I would advise some practice questions daily.
