There is so much more that goes into nursing school admissions that GPA. You would be wise to select a few programs you are interested in, learn all you can about their NCLEX pass rates, accreditation, reputation, clinical placements etc. Then contact schools and ask to speak to someone in the department about your chances.
In some parts of the country and some programs- 3.2 is fine. In others, anything less than a 4.0 and you're doomed.
