If you are an LPN and you work two jobs, can I get dual assistance from both employers to get through the RN program? Is it legal? I don't think one employer is enough because private schools are expensive and they take people into the program right away. I will be part time for my RN so I think I can work 2 jobs.

I would think that you can legally do so, but be aware of tax requirements about it and the employers' policies. IRS information: Publication 970 (2013), Tax Benefits for Education
Thanks for the quick response. Are there any employers that are known to pay more than $1000 a semester? Most nursing homes and hospitals only pay $1000 a semester.
