Can I endorse my license to another state even if my employer is in California?

hi. i am a california nclex passer but my work here in the phil require me to have an active license so i need to endorse my license to another state. however i am worried since my employer is in california and my priority date is near. will it affect my application (eb3) later on? can i still endorse my license to another state even if my employer is in california? please help me on this. thanks

Endorsing license will not affect your employer, do not cancel anything for CA. Many US nurses have licenses in different states and maintain them

To the OP: good question, I think it will depend on when you graduated and not affected by the concurrency rules into going into another State that is enforcing the concurrency rules.

What State are planning to move into?
