well, begin with the obvious. Nerve damage? Muscle damage? Bone damage - what happens when a bone cracks? Does anything fall out and what could the negative of that become? What will happen to the RBC/WBC? What cascades will begin (bleeding & clotting for instance). What are the short term and long term indications? Will any other systemts or organs be involved? What if this person was diabetic or had HTN - what would that do to overall health? Get very basic and you will have a better understanding.
