The nursing home that I have worked in for several years just recently installed cameras at all the entrances, exits and all hallways. Anyone have cameras in their facility?

Yes, these are everywhere at our hospital! After 8pm at night, no visitor can get on our unit unless the security calls up to ask permission from the RN for the patient to receive a visitor (which they strongly discourage after visiting hours), then they have to be buzzed into our unit, but must be seen on camera and asked again for their name and who they are visiting.
Yes, we too have been threatened by management that we are 'being watched', but only after their was a chronic narcotic discrepency.....and eventually that RN was BUSTED!!!
I say, hooray for the cameras! Just smile and wave!
We have a few security cameras on the main level and the parking lot. They are on a video screen at one of the nurses stations so if someone rings the doorbell after hours you can see who is there. No cameras in resident living/care areas or the breakroom.
