Calling any Watts School of Nursing students who start pre-reqs in January 2014.

Hi everyone!

I just received my acceptance email...yes, I said EMAIL! I start my Mount Olive pre-reqs in January 2014. Who else will be starting then? I'd love to get to know people before we start on this journey! I am a 24yo female, married with 3 kids, 5 and under.

Hey Kateabooo! I hope to see some of y'all in the May class -- I start my prereqs and I am so, so ready to get going!

Don't fret about the HESI too much -- I stressed myself out SO much and it wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting!

My essay ended up being about 2.5 pages, single spaced -- definitely nowhere close to 12!

Hey All, A tip about taking the HESI...if you don't know the answer within 5 seconds of looking at it move on! The missed answers do not count, only the right ones! I am currently about to enter my summer prereq's for Watts, and so far so good!

Hi everyone,

i just recently moved to NC from Florida. I've been looking into Watts sounds legit. Studying for the entree exam for 2015, but I had a couple of questions maybe you guys can help. What's is the essay about? How May references and who did you guys use? How much out the class for MOC? I would appreciate feed back from anyone that graduated or starting soon.

The essay is listed in the application. They want you to tell them why you want to be a nurse, why you want to go to Watts, what you want to do in the future.

They ask for 3 references. They're supposed to be a teacher, employer, clergyperson, etc.

MOC is $410/credit for 18 credits so its $7380 for MOC and $15k for Watts for a total of $23K for the whole program.

Thank you so much :). I hope I can make it in. Price is not bad for being a private school. I'm really excited to start a career. It's been a struggle trying to figure out what I wanted to so. Did you graduate or starting soon?

Hi Everybody,

Anyone had pre-requisites books or notes from Watts School or Mount Olive try get rid of.. Please I like to have it.. Plan to take my HESI A2 Sept 16,2015. Hopefully i can pass it and and start my pre req..
