Ughhh, no nothing still. I called the nice lady who helped me out last week and she said the Nursing Dept said another TWO WEEKS! She seemed like she was annoyed with them too. Please explain to me whyyyy because they decided on who is accepted MARCH 18th. So. Aggravating. No news is good news, I guess.

Hi all, been a while since I posted. I did manage to get into the A&P I class at NW this Janauary. When I showed up to enroll, the administrator said I needed Biology before I could take the class. I told her I had Biology already, she looked again and found where I had taken it. I took the A&P I class on-line and it was a grind start to finish. I won't say it was extremely hard, just a mountain of assignments and memorization. To complicate things, my mom went into the hospital and passed away three days later just as the semester began. I really thought hard about dropping the class when she died, but in the back of my mind I knew she would not want me to do that. So needless to say, I got behind right out of the gate. Then about the time I got caught up, there was a computer issue on the schools end that put me behind another week. Luckily the Instructor was very understanding and allowed me extra time to submit my assignments. I managed to eek out an "A" in the class.... but like I said, it was one of the hardest on-line classes I have had to date. I thought about taking A&P II in the Summer Semester, but since the semester is condensed, I thought it would be best to wait. I am still back and forth between SW and Baptist regarding which school avenue to take.....

That's amazing that you continued. I have almost made it through the semester. Finals are coming up. I was stupid to take Micro and College Algebra in the same semester. Lol

Hang in there guys. We have almost made it through. I am applying to the program next semester. Fingers crossed I get accepted.

Micro, Algebra, and A&P all in the same semester ?!?! that is self abuse... lol. I wanted to drop the class at the start, but I swear I could hear my mom in my mind telling me to get my rearend in gear and finish.... So that's what I did. Good luck next semester :)

I changed my user name. Apparently the board admin does not allow you to use "RN" in your username if your not yet a RN. My new username is DadStudentPerhaps changed from DadRNPerhaps.
