California State University, Stanislaus (Stanislaus State) Spring 2022

I was wondering what everyone's application points are if you're applying to Stan State for the Spring 2022 nursing program

So I applied and selected Stanislaus Pre-Licensure Program and uploaded an unofficial transcript, and healthcare form, and filled out all of the 8 pre-requisites. I was admitted to Stanislaus under degree-seeking. Was there an additional application as well?

That's what I did too.  I think you're good.  In the past they had us apply through Cal State Apply (for the main application) and then submit a paper application to the nursing program.  

This year was their first year doing the application online for the nursing program part.  It was basically an extra "circle" on the screen we had to complete.  We matched up our prereqs to our transcripts and uploaded the forms like you mentioned.  That didn't happen for Fall 2021 applicants.  It feels weird, because it was easier and there wasn't an additional fee either.

Thank you! Were we supposed to get anything saying that the school of nursing received our application?

In the past I've only heard from admissions.  The first time I heard from the nursing program was when they sent out notifications if we were accepted or waitlisted.

I just scrolled through last years Spring applicant board and it looks like they received word on October 30th!  Let the count down begin!!

LOL for real!  Checking my email daily.. Did the ABSN applicants have online applications or paper?  I'm thinking wouldn't the process of knowing whose accepted and who isn't be faster with it being online now?

They did it online via Calstateapply. If you have facebook, CA Pre-Nursing & Nursing Students group page is super helpful. Lots of great discussions on there.

Ooh yes!  I'm part of that group as well!  I've definitely gotten help from a lot of the people in that group.  It's nice to be able to ask questions about programs or others experiences for sure.  This forum has been relatively quiet as compared to others.

Did you guys pay for the enrollment fee? I kept getting emails about it but I don’t have any outstanding charge.

I applied for the waiver and was told it would take 2 weeks to process.  I started to get nervous as it's been over 2 weeks with no response, but then yesterday morning, I received an email that my waiver was approved.  I need to submit my acceptance with the waiver soon, but I think we have time still.

Did you email them the form? Or was it like an online application? Thank you in advance!!
