Hello!! 

I wanted to start a forum for those applying to CSULA's ABSN program this upcoming Summer ?
Hope we can all encourage one another and cheer each other on! We can do it!

I just got ahold of CSULA's Nursing Department. She told me the application must be submitted on the NursingCAS website by 8:59 PM PST (11:59 pm CT). Thank goodness she told me that! Hope this helps!

OMG thank you so much I would've just tried to submit around 11:59 PST since I'm in california haha you're a lifesaver !

I didn't buy it. I took the exam in person at my local community college but they still had me do this part. So on my ATI I went to My ATI >> Assessments >> Remote proctoring dry run. It looks like this:

Mine took 1 day from my university and I'm still waiting on my community college transcript, it said NursingCAS received them last night so I'm hoping today it'll update in my account. Did you send them electronically?

Thanks for your response! So it only took nursingCAS one day to actually upload your first transcript to your application?

Hi, I took my TEAS today and unfortunately received a 79.5% in one of the categories. I am so upset that this was so close. I wanted to know if anyone had any idea if there was any leniency with the school's requiring students to score an 80% in all categories. I was planning on submitting my application today, but wanted to hold off on this in case there is no way to appeal this. I emailed the coordinator, but he appears to be out of office. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would still apply! During the info session they said 80th percentile double check your score because you can be well above the 80th percentile in that category. I got a 79% on my English section but I was above the 80th percentile and had a pretty good overall score for my TEAS despite that one category!

Thank you so much for saying that! I didn't even realize it was based on national percentiles, instead of individual ones. I attached a screenshot of my scores. Do you think I still have a shot? (Let me know if you can't see my the attached photo.)

we were only required to submit our TEAS scores to nursingCAS for now right? We didn't have to send it anywhere else? ? I'm stressed LOL ahh I read that the coordinator needs to have it by Jan 10th but that just means we need to submit to nursingCAS by jan 10th hopefully?

You're right. We were only required to upload our results to NursingCAS by the application deadline.
