Oh gosh I'm so glad I don't feel alone coming out of that interview ? Not what I was expecting at all but I agree, some questions tripped me up a bit.

In retrospect, the questions were so simple. LOL, but during the interview, I don't know why I also spazzed up, it's great to know that others are feeling the same way LOL.

Yesss Forreal, how about the test? Not as awful as I thought yet there were definitely some tricky questions in there

Congratulations to all the nurses who were invited to interview! Do you guys mind sharing your stats? such as yrs of exp, leadership qualities, GPA, and other qualities that you think made you stand out?

Hey Pento, 

Most of the "average" stats are all on their website. I don't think any one RN's experiences are going to help you much. At the end of the day, you should aim to be the best version of yourself, your identity and unique story should help you guide your choices in leadership, volunteerism, and hence your personal statement. Is that helpful?
