Can't find a fall 2023 forum, so I am creating one here, for updates and stuff.

transfer student, non local applicant, over 600+ hours of hospital volunteering, 4.0 pre req GPA, 3.96 overall GPA

Hey Guys, 

I was conditionally accepted this morning for the program. Below are my stats if it helps anybody.

Stats:

Overall GPA: 3.6 

Science GPA: 3.75

Experience: CNA with 1500+ hours 

Science GPA: 3.75

TEAS 7: 82.7%

Other: Bilingual (Spanish) , non-local

Hey guys, I just received my conditional acceptance today. It says in the email that I have to complete a background check and drug test by July 19, which is only 2 days from now. Does anyone know how this process work and where we are supposed to submit the forms? The email didn't provide any information on that so should I just wait to ask about it during the virtual orientation on July 18?

Hi! I wanted to chime in as well since I've never seen any forums for this CSUB's nursing program. I got my acceptance letter in June and I wanted to help out with your comment :-). For the drug test and background check, I received an email about that a week after I got my acceptance letter and it had all the links + documents needed to complete that. I'm not sure why they're giving such little time for you to complete those things : /

Hey y'all!

I know this is an older post, but I just wanted to come on here and ask if any of you ended up attending CSUB and if you could tell me about your experience thus far! I'm having trouble finding anybody talking about how they feel about the school. I just received my conditional acceptance and I wasn't expecting it at all, so I don't know what to expect!
