Ok so after a couple of years of research I am finally meeting with a writer who specializes in preparing legislative proposals. I am putting a proposal for change/modification of these one size fits all programs to one's more taylored to the individual. I might add I have full support of the facility I work for which helps recovering nurses regain their careers.
What I need is you stories/ experiences in monitoring. I know that many state once they are done they just want to leave it all behind them but nothing will change unless we force it to change. If you are willing to share your story with me I would appreciate it. Your name and personal information will not be revealed unless you agree to it in writing but I need examples of current problems California RNs face when in these programs.
