Hey! I haven't taken the teas yet I just ordered the ATI study guide.. scores have to be turned in by May. Have you taken the teas?

Hi everyone I just started two threads before I seen this one. I will be applying as well. I just made alternate list for the Spring. I was told that I am kind on the bottom of the list so, I don't know if I make it this time around. I am an LVN so this time around I will try to go for advance placement as well. Please study well for the teas. That test messed me up Straight A's but low Teas score. I will take the Spanish class for the Winter. That will bring my points up to 80. What are your points?:cat:

Queen, my points are still low due to the fact that I'm taking anatomy 2A winter and then Micro & 2B in spring. Besides that im in the 3.5 gpa range for general ed and I have my CNA license and spanish done. As long as I get A's & B's in my sciences and above a 78 on the Teas I should be at 80 to 85 points! Sounds like with Spanish you should be in this time :)

@queenwandaful best of luck to you I hope you get in spring! If not I'm sure u will for fall especially if your going to take a spanish course that'll help! And yes I'm going to start studying for it soon I'm so nervous for it ?

@futureneonurse so are you applying to the program for fall before your done with your science classes? And for me I just finished all my science classes with 4.0 and 3.6 in my general Ed I have the language part so I'm going in with 55 points before I take the teas.. I'm hoping to get invited to take the teas at RCC so I'm planning to study for it until that hopefully happens I think they send out the invites in April?

Yes, I asked if it I could apply & was told yes as long as I submit my final grades I should be fine :) I'm nervous for the teas too! But I'm sure with a good amount of studying we will do fine!

I'm thinking of taking the Teas mid February just to get it out of the way so I can focus on my science grades :)

That's awesome! I wish I would have applied a long time ago then lol but yea that's a good idea so that you can focus on your science classes because they will have all of your attention lol

@mrspz yes I'm glad but it's going to be alot to do in such a small amount of time :-X I'm so excited to get started though.

Are you applying to any other programs ?

@futureneonurse yes I want to i think there's a few that their application dates are in March like college of the desert and valley I believe. I need to sit down and see all the options I have
