Anyone applying for RCC's Fall 2015 Nursing program?

Thought I'd start a thread to communicate about applying, TEAS, etc.

Oh okay, I need to look into a few others as well. RCC is my 1st choice though..

I am not going anywhere else. I live in Riverside and RCC has a good reputation. It's my school. I will just keep trying until I get in. It may be hard to get in without your classes done. They may not be able to calculate all of your points. But who know you just might get lucky.

Hello everyone! I will be applying for fall 2015. This is my first time trying. I'm nervous, excited and hopeful all at the same time!! I wish us all the best of luck. After January I will be living and breathing study material for the TEAS...lol. I had 2 A's and 1 B on my sciences so I'm hoping to get an invite. I believe I'm at 50 points prior to the TEAS. When I met the nursing advisor she told me I need to score at least a 78 on the test to be competitive.

@sammyjoe welcome! Are you also going to wait for invites from rcc to go out for teas or will you be taking it on your own.

@futureneonurse I'm going to wait for th RCC invites to go out then I'll decide after that. I want as much study time as I can get! I bought the ATI study guide and online practice exams. There's so much material to to to get through! @Queen I followed you on the last thread for spring 2014. I really admire your perseverance :) RCC is also my only choice!

I'll be applying towards RCC for Fall 2015 as well. I'm a first-time Nursing applicant and I'm placing all my eggs into RCCs basket. I'm looking at 45pts prior to my TEAS score.
