Anyone applying at Saddleback college?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone is applying to saddleback college for spring 07. We can share our thoughts and make the waiting a little more pleasant.In my case is going to be the longest of my life !!!!

Do you know someone allready accepted in the program or how many people actually get in with A's and also B's ? Or they really just accept straight A's?

I'm not going to lie. The program is HARD - but at the same time, it's doable. 2nd semester was a rude awakening from 1st semester. There is a LOT of hand holding 1st semester and 2nd semester - I kind of felt like we were fed to the sharks. This semester is definitely survival of the fittest.

Oh I forgot, one thing at a time. :)

Get into the program...if you didn't get in. Don't worry, try again! (And take gero/pharm/speech in the meantime.) I first tried getting in back in 2005...long story short (and a Bachelor's degree later...) I'm back at Saddleback and almost halfway through the program.

Apparently, Saddleback was just ranked #1 in the country (even ranking above Duke & Yale) for NCLEX passing rates. Keep trying, it's worth it!!

Wow, impressive #1! I only hear good things about Saddleback, I got into GWC for Spr 2011 but so far I have heard all bad things about the school, which is making me way nervous. (drop out rate, mean instructors, even prejudice, and the list goes on). Thanks for the input, it's nice to hear from students in the program. BTW has the school ever had any over 45 people with 18 points before? This sounds unheard of.

So it is saturday and the mail came and no letter...is there anyone else that has not heard anything yet? I am beginning to think they lot my app..

Hello everyone, it's Saturday and I got my letter saying that I did not get in. I have 16 Points. They said in the letter that they had 601 applicants. I'm sure that they had well over 45 people with 18 points this time from what I can gather from the previous postings. Good luck everyone.

I have 15 pts! If 16 didn't get in then I am guessing that I didn't get in either.. However I am still holding on to the small hope that I got picked through the lottery! I'll let you know. Congrats Shearbear about getting into GWC saddleback was the only place I applied so we will just have to wait and see

so have you all heard good things about saddleback? I'm also waiting to hear back from them, if I do get in I have to choose between that and Cypress or waiting til jan for GWC.

I'm waiting to hear back from them too but if I had the choice between those schools I would definately choose Saddleback. They are known very well for having a great nursing program.. I've come across many people that tell me to keep applying at Saddleback and try to go to their program because of how well they prepare you!

does anyone know when the TEAS tests are for the poeple that just got in for this sept. I know there are some this week but i am assuming there are also some in june

Got my letter today did not get in... Looks like it was just not meant to be... Congrats to everyone who got accepted... See you all in the field in the future!

I don't know how many points I have..I lost the paper that told you the breakdown.. Congrats on those that got in...I should prob get my letter today if everyone else is getting it but its not looking good for me :(
