i was wondering if anyone has come across an article regarding the california nurse who received some thing like 37k after being fired for refusing to go an abortion pill? i was channel surfing and saw it scroll across the bottom of the screen. it grabbed my attention and then they left me hanging! thanks in advance for any replies!

maybe she was gunning for this scenario & result from the beginning? it wouldnt be the first time someone deliberately set something up just to make a federal case out of it.
