California Nurse Pay

Hi,

Was wondering what the average annual pay is for nurses in California. I heard that you can make $130 an hour in some places. Is the average really 200-300k for California nursing then?

 

Was also wondering based on specialty what the average annual salary is:

 

ER

ICU

Trauma

Floor

I work psych in California and I pull in about 1 hundred and 14 grand annually.

The salaries of the University of California system are available online if you're interested. Nurses make the most in NoCal (cost of living).
