Would it be possible for anyone who had taken the California NCLEX and NY NCLEX to inform me the time table difference in sitting for an NCLEX exam at the soonest possible time?
Warmest gratitude for all your support!
Sincerely Yours,
Mary June

My friends who submitted their applications for CA around 4th wk of june already received their evaluation around 2nd wk of Oct. They've registered already to Pearson vue and expects their ATT to arrive in 7-10 days by mail. The processing time is usually 4-6 months for foreign grads. Anything before is a plus. :)

I would go with NY if you are asking for my opinion. You can get everyhting done for the Visa Screen Certificate at the same time, without having to submit any future documents, onl yth application and fee.
If you do not know for sure that you will be working in CA, then definitely do not go that route. You will have issues with endorsin gto another state, since they will not give you the actual license without the SSN#. NY will.:wink2:
I strongly suggest that you read Suzanne's stickies and posts first. You're fortunate that you've discovered this site before you've decided on anything.
Just remember that you apply for the state where you really want to work. :)
Thank you.
