I just got letter from the bon saying i need to go to school again to complete the said courses.

My question is how to find nursing schools in cali? I cant find nursing schools on their website or im not looking hard enough. Lol

Now my coworker told me about excelsior which is like online courses, i was wondering if i could just do this option rather than going there.

Im a foreign grad(ph) currently working as an RN in Texas and they gave me 3 yrs to complete it.

Thank you.

And also can i just get it completed here in Tx?

Excelsior/online courses will not work for you. Chances are very good that your MS and OB clinical and theory experiences didn't occur a they were required to. You must take MS didactic and clinical in the same semester. You must also take OB didactic and clinical in the same semester. If you do not, they won't count. Excelsior doesn't do things the way California wants them to so they're not an approved program. You can't take MS and OB from them and meet California's requirement.

You'll have to find a way to take formal MS and OB courses that have concurrent didactic and clinical components. How to find them? No idea for Texas. California BRN has a listing of programs in California that are California approved, but that's only good if you're now in California.

Thank you. I guess i dont have a choice but to go there and study.
