Hey all, I am interested in obtaining a Ca RN Lic. Which is the best way to go about this? I am currently in AZ and already have an AZ RN Lic. I signed up for Nursys..paid the $30 fee, I plan on completing the livescan. One question I have is, should I print out the app, or am I missing something? Is there a way to complete online app?

You need to send in your application with appropriate fee's to the state (not just Nursys) ... thats the only way you can apply. If you print the application by endorsment off the Ca BON website, the instructions and process are all in the application package.

Go to CA board website and follow the instructions, quick and easy, I utilized the online application, got my fingerprints done then mailed the fingerprint cards with the confirmation page you get after you are done with the online application, that is if you choose to do the online app, I did not have any issues, I sent everything they needed and got mine within 4 weeks I think. Thanks guys. I guess it might be user error. I would like to apply online if poss. I might have refresh/setup my pc?

4 weeks really? Did u apply for temp license? My school hasnt sent the transcripts to the bon in CA.

No I did not apply for a temporary lic, I think as long as they receive everything on time and everything is in order should not take long like other people have said. I was surprised too because I was scared that it was gonna take forever from what I heard. But nope it came do quick.
