California Endorsement

Hi everyone! Please help!

I just wanted to check and make sure that I have done everything I need to do to get my RN license by endorsement. Last summer of 2016 I submitted my licensure by endorsement packet by mail. Then I created a Breeze account once I got to California from my home state of Virginia. I received a letter from the board saying that I needed to take a microbiology course before I could get a license here. I completed the course and had the school submit the transcript to the board. On Breeze it looks like I have an endorsement application open but I have already submitted everything last summer by mail. Do I need to complete an online application as well? Or is that just a duplicate?

Also, any idea how long after they get this last bit of information until I get my license? I did pay the fee for a temporary license just in case...

Yes I did but they have not responded yet. I have never actually been able to get in touch with anyone at the board and I have e-mailed many times and called repeatedly.
