Hello all,
I submitted my application endorsement 11/24/16. On the processing website it says they are currently processing applications submitted 11/1/16 - 11/15/16.
The time frame listed on the website says 10-12 weeks. My question is does the 10-12 weeks timeframe start from when the application was submitted or from what they are currently processing?
Planning to move to California in March (well over the 12 weeks time frame). Debating whether or not to go to Sacramento to get this straightened out quickly.
Thank you.

Based on the statement on their website that you shared, I'd guess the 10-12 week period is from the date of submission.
The BRN are the ones who will have the most accurate answer. Call/e-mail then and ask.

Hi, does anybody know how long it takes to get the results of the nursys verification and how to forward them to the board afterwards?

NURSYS verification is instant
As far as BON and time...When I put in for my license, I also applied for a temporary. That was issued about 3 months after I applied, and then I received countless letters about my transcripts, and having to prove I took a chemistry lab and anatomy and physiology...mind you these were PREREQUISITES for the BSN program I completed, so clearly I had them. However the board kept reviewing the transcripts and kept saying I needed more classes. I had been licensed over 9 years in TEXAS, where I went to school at the University of Texas Health Science Center...
After much ado about nothing, the board finally issued my permanent CA license 10 months to the day that I applied.
If I were you I would not wait out the 10-12 weeks...make a trip to Sacramento...especially since you cant work until you have it....
How do you inform th bon of the results though?
Once you call post the answer to your question.
I just don't get it. Internet is making folks lazy. People should be calling the BON for their specific situation...You're going to be on hold for a while, but only they can tell you... Why ask total strangers on the internet how to interpret a licensing description time frame that came from the BON website? People are also asking how long it will take to process their license for a travel contract.. It's just a redundant question and nobody knows because we are not employees of the CA BON. I had to vent, nothing personally....This profession bugs me at times...
I believe when you go onto nursys and enter your credit card info, you also enter the states you want notified of your verification. I know I also printed it out and sent it in with my application, which is 17 pages long!
