Cali lvn wants to move to Arizona worth it?

Hey everyone!

I'm a Cali lvn who is just about to reach my 1 year job experience in pediatric home health? I've been hearing so many stories of my friends moving to Arizona and finding beautiful homes and good jobs (non nursing) so my question is how is the job market there? How is the Arizona life? Is it as amazing as everyone has made it out to be? I'm genuinely tired of overpopulated Los Angeles. Not to mention the killer traffic. I also would want to do an lvn-rn bridge program is it as competitive there as it is here in California? Any input would be helpful.

Yes, WCU is scary. I have a friend who graduated from WCU and found a job as a peds RN at CHOC as a new grad, she said WCU has amazing connections- I say they'd better have amazing connections with the ticket price of their degree. I can understand people not wanting to wait on a wait list, but that's why I went for my LVN to start with.

That's an awesome job. I really considered it. But I don't know how I feel about paying 1700k+ a month for the next 10 or more years ehh. I guess in the end the route Of CC/CS is a lot cheaper but takes a while longer. Are you young? I think I still have a good time

To do my rn. I should be done hopefully with BSN by 27 this way. Which isn't too bad.

I'm 21 but I have a toddler and I don't want to live in an apartment still when she's 7, know what I mean? I do like the pay of my job, but RNs have so many more opportunities. How much did your friend have to take out in loans? Ugh such a headache to try and figure everytbing out...

I believe it was around 100k. Yea I see what you mean. The quickness is what is the selling point.
