Calhoun Nursing- FIRST DAY

Hey yall.

It's getting close the the 24th, and I'm pretty excited! :)

I have been wondering though...what books are you taking the first day?? We have like 12+ books. and our Nurse Pac Kits. So which ones are you taking??

I haven't even gotten my books yet! Guess who is going to be at the bookstore REALLY early tomorrow! And since I haven't gotten my books, I haven't been able to read our assignment. How can I already be behind if classes haven't started yet?!:eek:

hey!!! :) things are going pretty good so far...it's very busy and extremely unorganized so far, but it's not too awful!!

So how unorganized is it?? It is the structure itself, teachers, or what?

It's honestly getting better. You just have to be flexible. :) As far as teachers go...I love most of them so far. One of my favorite things about Calhoun's nursing program is that a lot of things are "hands on" instead of just reading the steps in a book for a certain skill, you can learn how to do it as you go. That might just be a personal preference though. Like every school or program, it has it's moments, but I think I made the right choice for me.
