I in all likelihood will be moving to MDR in Feb' 2006. I am aware of how expensive it is but have opportunity to rent 3 bed/3 story home for 2K. I will need roomates but my questions are as follows: I want to know how to find out what utilitity expenses for property are - in Arizona you can call up utility company give them property address and they'll tell you what cost of electricity was at the property for past year. Also what costs are for trash, water, phone service (have no cellphone)? How do I also find out what it will cost to register my car? And are there local papers where I can place free ads for roommates? I am not using this website to look for roommate as it would violate policy just assistance in how to place ad for MDR area..Tried some online roommate services but they are all 18 and I'm in my early 40's so want someone more age appropriate..Thank you...

Trash pick up is usually subcontracted by the County and Water is usually billed under the title of Water District. I would try the phone book under county offices and you should be able to call the various department. I would still look in the front of a local phone book for the local telephone company-you should find a customer service number.
