Hello!
In response to your posting, the nursing program at CSUSB is an impacted program like many other nursing programs but unlike other programs we do not have a waiting list for students not accepted. Students not admitted must reapply during the next application period in order to be reconsidered for admission. We have two admission periods, Fall and Winter quarter. The minimum GPA we accept is a 2.5 and the minimum TEAS score is a 70% although since it is a highly competitive program we highly recommend a GPA and TEAS score higher than the minimum. At this time tuition fees are $1009 if registered for 0-6 units and $1479 if registered for 6.1+ units. These fees are paid every quarter which is every ten weeks and there are three academic quarters in a year. Fees are subject to change. For further information regarding the BSN program at CSUSB, please visit our website at http://nursing.csusb.edu . Thank you for your interest and best of luck with your educational goals.
Thank you for replying I did not think anybody was going to. I see the requirements on ASSIST.ORG and was wondering if those all needed to be complete because I don't have two of the classes but I do have everything else
Yes, the nine required pre-requisites must all be completed by September 9, 2009 in order to be eligible to apply for the next application period (Winter 2010). If you wish to apply for Fall 2010, you can apply with courses in progress as long as all other requirements are met and submitted by the deadline date of March 1, 2010. Classes in progress must then be completed and submitted by June 30, 2010.
Thank you, I did call the nursing dept a while ago because there were a few issues with the class and to my knowledge at ELAC micro 20 is not accepted at San Bernardino and I wanted to make sure if this was still the case. Mostly all the UC's do take micro 20 except for this school. I was really considering applying here until I found that the micro class would not transfer can you please let me know.
It is difficult to determine whether or not the course is equivalent to one of our pre-requisites since in order to look it up via assist.org I would need to know the term it was completed. Please keep in mind since each institution has its own requirements set up and approved independently it is possible for this course to be accepted within a UC school or a private institution but not at a CSU and vice versa. If you have already reviewed the articulation agreement (assist.org) and do not find your course listed then it is not a direct equivalent. In those cases if you find that the course descriptions of the courses in question are similar, we suggest you contact the CSUSB department chair for that individual course and ask that they review it for consideration as a substitution. You may also want to meet with one of our Peer Advisors located in HP 235 or contact them via phone at (909) 537-7627 to review courses you have already completed to ensure you have not overlooked anything.

regarding CSUSB for Fall 2010, anyone know if the TEAS score must be sent through ATI or can we just print a copy and mail it in?
also, i have already sent my official transcripts and have applied to the online app..so what EXACTLY needs to be mailed in?
please respond ASAP (app is due in 12 hours! )
not to sure about your second questions i would just assume that the application would have to be and for the ATI I am pretty sure it cannot be printed out and mailed in it has to be electronic through ATI hope that helps
thanks! :redbeathe
