I need help! Can anyone please share their RN Residency experience in California?

1. How's the program and the preceptors?
2. How's the environment?
3. How's the commute?
4. I am out of State, will it be worth it? Will the salary cover my rent, food and my basic needs?

There is an opening in Cedar Sinai and UCLA.
