CA New Grad RN BON application delays...

Hello,

I submitted my RN Initial exam app on 6/18. My status still shows pending-open. Wondering if anyone has had any luck contacting the board and finding out how long until their app is processed/reviewed. I know on website it shows a 10-12 week processing time. I am getting so ancy, as most new grad programs are 1 x per year and the one I applied to requires me to be licensed by Sep/Oct.

Has anyones app been processed quicker?

From what I've experienced and heard, you should expect to wait the full amount of time listed ...and that's if everything you've submitted is perfect. There's no reason to call at this point, and you wouldn't get anyone on the line if you did.

Read a book or knit a sweater, instead.
