Since you apply for the IP and the regular license with the very same application, and they've issued you an IP, they know you have graduated and that you've applied for the RN license. They won't issue the IP until they're notified that you're officially a graduate. You've taken the NCLEX and unless something has held up the transmission of results to the BRN (like a hold for some reason) the BRN will have those results. Once they've received the results, all they need is to work through the backlog of applicants and once they get to yours, review yours and see that you've met the qualifications for a license, they'll update BreEZe and you'll first see your IP cancelled and then within an hour you should see your RN license.
When I took my NCLEX, they processed my file, cancelled my IP and about 15 minutes later I had my RN license numbers indicating that I was officially licensed. They just have to get to your file first and I'd be surprised if the analyst that cancels your IP isn't also the analyst that issues your license numbers too...

Its going to be almost 3 weeks since I have taken my exam --- no results yet. :-(
I've called twice - same morning.
Call 1: no real answer. Just wait 2 more weeks for results.
Call 2: your application is still processing... Has your school sent your transcripts? Yes, they sent them early June - the BRN signed for it too 6/10. They said it's still processing... I resent it in case they lost it, because I've heard and read many stories about how they can and will lose your transcripts :-(
Lucky you!...I wish I could only do something. Well I keep praying that's all I got left.
I was doing the whole, "Nervous, anxious post-nclex taker" feelings for a day or two after and then read someone's post about how in the past --- NCLEX was only offered so many times/year and it was a 2 day exam and they did not find out results for months... and they "DID NOT DIE," while waiting. It gave me perspective and got me back to "living." I went on a mini-vacation the weekend after I took my exam --- and I swear, my breakfast and the ocean air tasted and felt better than it had in 2 years.
I'm going onto 3 weeks of no results... I just wait because... it's all I can do! :) Please keep me updated on your results when you find out.

I took my NCLEX Tuesday, July 14, 2015 @ 0800 - in the Central Valley.
Took Kaplan prep - scored 48-66% - cumulatively mid 50s
Got 108-110 questions, 15-20+ SATA, 1 fill in - math question, 1 exhibit question. I know the last 2 questions I got right and the screen shut off --- which does not determine whether I passed or not.
I am registered on Breeze but online it says next to my application, "Not Submitted." My transcripts have been sent by my college in June. I sent my application in March - it was cashed in April. I registered with Pearson in early May. Graduated May 22. I completed my Breeze account the day after graduation.
When I search my name, only my "Interim Permit" shows up - license # and expiration date. It's been a week and I haven't gotten results. I am not going to try the "PVT trick" since I've read how it can be unreliable.
A friend of mine took her NCLEX last year. She said the Interim Permit and RN are separate and if I passed, the "Registered Nurse" license would be up as well.
I've called the BRN to see if there was a delay on my application process on Friday, July 17 @ 0800 --- I got an automated message stating the BRN was "closed due to a temporary emergency." I called yesterday, Monday, July 20 @ 0800. Got another automated message stating they are closed.
Is anyone else with an IP experiencing such issues? It could be the BRN could be backed up with so many grads taking the BRN... Just unsure what my next steps are now while I wait. I have a job lined up and don't know what I am supposed to do next since I don't have my results. Share your experiences or advice with me if you've experienced the same thing.
