CA NCLEX passer endorsement to hawaii

hi everyone!

i already passed cgfns, ielts and california nclex, then filed for an endorsement to the state of hawaii.. but they couldn't process my application for endorsement since i don't have a permanent license in california. i am just worried because i already have an employer in hawaii but i still don't have a license, just a pass letter.. would it affect my application for working visa?

It shouldn't make any difference as you should have a visa screen that states you passed NCLEX and meet license requirements. You could check with Hawaii and see if you just need to complete license by exam and arrange for CA to forward NCLEX results
