No it didn't take me far to the registration after it asked for my information it said I couldn't register again. A couple of my classmates also took it today and the 3 of them got to 85 questions and they did the PVT and they got he "good pop up". I was freaking out because mine got to 200 but I also got the "good pop up".

Do not base you failing and or passing on the number of questions that you did, people can fail at 85 questions and people can pass with the maximum amount of questions
Make sure you keep us updated on your results :)

I just took my NCLEX-VN in CA at 8AM this morning and got done before 11AM. My test was about 200 questions long and I got a lot of prioritizing questions. But I'm freaking out. I tried the PVT and it worked, as I've been reading its the "good pop up". Here's the message "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." Is that good news then that I passed?
