CA BRN: Experience getting MD to send CV to board?

So my board probation monitor won't allow me to see a doctor without first getting his or her CV. Problem being that it doesn't seem as though many doctors actually have CVs. How did you guys work this out? I did find one but he can't see me by the given date.

Also if anyone has any suggestions on who to see, I would appreciate it. I guess it's against the rules to post them here but you can DM me? Thanks!

Really it's against some rule to post here. So we gave up our right to freedom of speech when we got drunk or high?

I don't know about that, i think you just can't recommend doctors? I saw someone get chided in an old thread, maybe it's not a real rule.

Specializes in OR.

I think you can PM discuss that kind of thing. Just not out in the public forums, nor can we exchange legal/medical advice or that kind of thing.

In any event, I found a number of doctors who will qualify do if anyone in California is in a similar quandary, feel free to PM me and I'll let you know.
